Steven Skipper is a Registered Yoga Teacher and Licensed Massage Therapist practicing Yoga, Massage, and Ayurveda in Wilmington, NC.

Steven has had the opportunity to travel to Pune, India to study at R.I.M.Y.I., the home of the world-renowned yoga master B.K.S. Iyengar.

He has also traveled to Kerala, south India to study Ayurvedic Massage including: Marma Point, Kalari Massage (done with feet), Shirodhara, Ayurvedic Head, Neck, Shoulder and Face Massage, Abhyanga, and Bolus Bag Massage (A South Indian specialty).
